How to delete a cancellation reason?

Follow these instructions to delete a cancellation reason in the salon software:

1. Navigate to the Cancellation Reason Section:

• Once you have logged in, Select the Settings option from the sidebar.
• Click on Appointment Cancellation Reasons option from Appointment.

2. Select the cancellation reason to Delete:

Locate the Cancellation Reason that you want to delete in the Cancellation Reason list. Click (:) button & select Delete.

3. Delete the cancellation reason Information:

To delete the Cancellation Reason, click on the "Yes,Delete" button. This should open a confirmation prompt asking if you are sure you want to delete the Cancellation Reason. Confirm that you want to delete the Cancellation Reason.

4. Confirm the cancellation reason Deletion:

After deleting the cancellation reason, confirm that their information has been removed from the salon software. Check that they no longer appear in the cancellation reason list or other relevant sections of the software.
